UNICOOPAGI STRUCTURE
The General Assembly
The General assembly is the highest organ of the union .It is composed by delegates from cooperatives where each cooperative represented by three delegates. It’s define the general policy of UNICOOPAGI. It meets twice a year.
The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is selected by the general assembly. It has all the powers of administration and management of the union. The board is composed by five persons having a mandate of three years renewable once.
The Audit committee
The Audit committee is responsible for controlling the asset management of the union. Is composed by three persons, their mandate is Two years renewable once.
The Coordination
The coordination deals with the daily management of the union. Currently the management of UNICOOPAGI is assured by 24 permanents staff.
